Then Cyndaquill walked over and sniffed her.

The snake was completely buried, poking its head out at the Cyndaquil.

The snake jumped out of the sand, slithering around Cyndaquil rather quickly and starting to kick up sand.

"Snakekit, no." The boy picked up his Pokemon, stopping him. "Sorry, ever since I taught him Sand Wave he seems to like using it on others for fun. Especially me."

Sand Wave - A move that almost any Pokemon from Lewnefa can learn. As long as they are in a place that has sand, or can create sand themselves, this Pokemon can create a wave of sand, which lowers the opposing Pokemon's accuracy greatly.
