You can't bid on a pet and then back out of a deal, especially if you win. It is considered scamming because you agreed to buy a pet and you are backing out of your agreement, the auction didn't state whether or not the pet would be breedable at the time. The pet will eventually come off her cool down, so you will be able to breed with her.

We can't force you to give the essence to her and take the pet, but if you don't you will be given an official warning. If you have any more infractions again with auctions then you could be susceptible to being banned in participating in anymore pet auctions. Next time if you are bidding on a pet and want to have the pet in certain conditions then you need to discuss that with the seller and have an agreement before the auction ends if you're bidding.

I highly suggest working out the situation with the seller to avoid any infractions.

The buyer has not been online in over 24 hours. There is nothing we can do if they aren't logging in.

As we've said, officially, they bought this pet and are responsible for paying you while you are responsible for giving them the pet. Since 72 hours have past since the auction ended, you are now free to re-sell the pet if you so wish. Or, you can continue to try to work this out with the buyer (preferably via PMs).

If they refuse, then you are free to simply re-sell the pet. At that point, let us know and we will take appropriate action against their account for not following the rules.

Other than that though, there is nothing that can be done.
