Sorry I didn't get back to you in a more timely manner. I got caught up with boards for the time I've been online. XD
Winter festival is a bit odd, compared to other festivals, as it's not really 'easier' or cheaper to get frost essences year to year. With the frost essence exchange, you're able to trade in regulars to get fabled to get majestic (if you trade in enough.) So the system is easier than other festivals in general. Unless Krin changes that, of course, but it's one of Winter Fests unique things. :)
