Sleepily, Shade gives a smile and a nod. Though he knew he probably didn't really do anything much, he wasn't good at being good or helping. He knew that, he usually never helped at all.

(Recap: So basically lockdown commenced and Jack and Victoria couldn't get to their cells in time and so they got chased by the hell hounds but Riley had jammed his cell open for them to get in. Rhia and Shade tried to help the duo, and almost got hurt as well)

~~timeskip to morning~~

Jack and Victoria had been escorted back to their own cells the night before. When Vic woke up, she actually thought she was on fire. Every single fiber in her body was in agony. She had pains in every muscle, pains in muscles she didn't know existed, pains in muscles in places she didn't even know she had. Her head was drumming some sort of ancient tribal dance, her throat felt like she's swallowed a cheese grater, and her eyes were watering as if she was wearing contact lenses soaked in vinegar. She uttered what must have been a pretty pathetic groan, then tried to swing her useless legs out of bed. Her spine sounded like a bowl of Rice Krispies as she stood, all snaps, crackles, and pops, but after hobbling around the cell a couple of times like an old lady she felt the pain start to subside.

The morning siren went off once and all the cell doors opened.

As soon as Vic heads out, Rhia comes over to her.

Nicote dragged himself out of bed and yawned. "TIme for another day of endless repitiition."

"WHat?" Lio and Cole asked in unison.

"NOthing," NIcote grumbled. His day was at an all-time-high of 2/50.

Victoria hugged Rhia, thanking her for saving them last night.

For some reason, things this morning were a little different than the day before. Two blacksuits stood by the elevator, beneath the massive screen, and was herding everyone in front of it like cattle.

Rhia happily accepts the hug, then asks in sign language, "do you speak sign language?"

Shade is quite sleepy still from the drain of making a portal, thankfully he hadn't really pushed it to damage himself, and that made him a bit extra cranky about what was going on.

Victoria nods. "Yeah, my cousin got meningitis when she was a young girl and it affected her to the point where she couldn't talk or move normally anymore, so I learned sign language so I could understand what she needed."

She grins. "Great! Nobody else knows it and it's annoying to have to write instead of sign." She thinks for a moment. "I'm Flower. Or Rhia. Or Hana. You can choose whichever one you want to call me by."

"I'm Victoria! Most people call me Vicky or Vic, but I'm fine with whatever," she said cheerfully with a shrug. For a moment, she thought that she had read the signs wrong when she saw that Rhia had signed 'Flower'. She didn't ask about it, though.
