Another one of those rainbow-haired fey enters the large ballroom. He's thin and a bit scrawny, and maybe a year or two younger than Titania. He's a little paler than her, and is fully the same creature as Adavantia as he doesn't have any animalistic features. He doesn't even have horns, though if Skullio looks really hard he can see little knubs where his horns are starting to grow. His eyes are a piercing emerald, and even with his overall immature, young appearance, it's clear once he's an adult he's going to be incredibly handsome. There's also a curious gold band on his fourth finger, identical in both placement and looks to the one on Titania's hand.
