Crystal rolled her eyes, she turned away and shuffled around in her backpack. She chucked him a blanket from her bedroll, looked away, and quickly shoved her hands behind her back, hoping that he hadnt noticed earlier. In her nervous state, it became obvious that she was hiding her hands.

He just managed to catch the blanket before it hit the water. Slowly he stood and wrapped it about himself. With that he made his way to bank where he took out his clean clothes and put them on along with the face mask. To be honest the medicine seemed only to make his face worse, so much so that it bled. He must have been somewhat allergic to it. "I'm sorry Crystal..."

She looked up, reached into her bag, and flicked some newly found bandages in his direction. She shoved her hands into her pockets. Her face was emotionless, and she wasnt saying anything. Her thoughts consisted of panicked ideas of how she could hide her hands. A small thought wandered in the back of her head, as to why he had been bathing in a toxic water pool.

She was clearly upset with him. "I understand." With that he took his clothes and started to wash them off in the stream. "I won't bother you again..."

Ummm, dude. That waters toxic. What the ****** are you doing.
Crystal said, as she pulled him back from the waters edge. She held him by the shoulders.
Youve gotta get your head straight, man. Think about what youre doing, and unscramble your brains, or youre going to get hurt more than you are now.
She said, her eyes hard.
Suddenly, the purple in her eyes flashed, and she wrenched back her hands. She clutched them together, and hunched over them.

"What? I wash here every time I do laundry." He answered pulling away from her. They had just been playing in the water as well! When he turned back to her he saw she was doubled over. "Hey are you alright?"

Ah, ******! No, Im fine.
She grimaced.
She tried to wave him off, but in the middle of it, she stared at her fingers, and snatched it back.

"You sure? You don't look alright..."

No! Im fine. Im fine, see? Im fine!
Crystal said as she sat down on the ground and leaned back on her hands. She grinned.Her fingers twitched, and glowed. They became more claw-like, and the purple spread more. Crystal didnt notice, but her grin became a grimace.

"No you're not." Adam said approaching her. "I have medicine back at my place if you need any..." He knelt before her suddenly the mask covering his face still. This was the first time he had gotten a really good look at her. His cheeks tuned red after a moment, even if she couldn't see her. He looked away.
