I giggle, picking Rafe up and cupping a hand beside my mouth to amplify my voice.
"You are invited to dinner!" I call into the sky, "We can't expect an answer though." I then add, turning to Jace. "Rafe and I are returning to the house. I hope you will join us so we can share stories." I say, then make my way to the house carrying Rafe.

Jace Mason



I'd sigh, seeing them run off. I hope that this won't go wrong.... I'd quietly follow, still thinking about something, but i can't remember what it was...

April
When we get back to the house I let Rafe down and cook beef burgers for everyone. I dish them up and set the table, forgetting my friends are vegetarian. I gather up some flowers and put them in a cup in the middle of the table as well. All the while I am humming, picking up on the use of kitchen appliances quickly as I have a natural talent with food.

Jace Mason



I'd sigh, seeing the hamburgers. "Here Rafe." I'd say, quickly running over and throwing him a bundle of carrot's. "She's trying to provide for us." I'd chuckle, before putting the burger in the fridge.

"Thanks." The rabbit said climbing up in a kitchen chair. "The burgers look great." He said to April.

April
"Thank youuu!" I say with a cheerful sing-song tune to my voice. I scoot out a chair and nudge Jace to sit down. "And I have put together new flower crowns for all of us." I add, retrieving crowns of pink wildflowers connected by dove feathers. I go around the table and place one on both Rafe and Jace's heads. Suddenly I hear a woosh of wind.

Gray
I decided to spy a little more and followed them to inhale the aroma of fresh burgers. My mouth waters at the sight of the meals, and I smirk at the flower crowns. I hold onto the doorframe with the claws of my wings, debating on snatching the food and fleeing.

Jace Mason



I'd chuckle, hearing the drips of gray's water. "You know, you could just come down here and ask for some food." I'd say to gray, not actually seeing him but i know he's there. "I have a extra one if you want it." I'd say, grabbing one out of the fridge.

Gray
I watch Jace inquisitively, my eyes narrow as ever. I can hardly resist the burger, all this flying has me starving, especially since I am living off stolen microwaveable goods. I fold my wings against my back but don't budge. I catch April looking at me with wide eager eyes, holding a pink flower crown. I can almost feel the color drain from my face when I realize what she is plotting after it's too late. April rushes over and sticks the pink flowers on my head, then retreating behind Jace. My nose scrunches up and I shove my hands in my pockets, noticing that she is shy and might not think I am a monster afterall.

Rafe looked at the bat and took the burger from the table plate and all. Slowly he hopped over to the bar and set the plate on the floor near his feet before hopping back to the table and sitting in his chair ears up. He watched to see if the bat would take the food or not.

Gray
I remove the flower crown fro my head and toss it aside, stomach roaring, calling out for the burger. The burgerrr I must have it. I sit down on my knees, grab it with both hands, and take a huge bite out of it. My sharp teeth bite into it as easy as scissors. I finish it in three, licking the plate clean. I haven't had a home cooked meal in seven or eight years.
