Luna ran over and hugged him "I'm so sorry." she whispered she could feel tears welling up in her eyes but fought them down. "I... I shouldn't have kept asking... I... I rally am sorry." She whispered hugging him tighter. "but at least your trying to get better." She said hopefully "I mean you moved in with me, got a job, and even filled out paperwork your TRYING to me that's all you need to prove you aren't a failure. If you really insist that you are then i'll help you... because what kind of a girlfriend would i be if i wasn't understanding?"

"It's fine really. Though if you do want to help you could teach me..." Miles said not looking at her. "I would try to learn I promise."

"Ok!" Luna said almost happily " I could teach you while we work or during meal times if you want, I've never really taught anyone before so just bear with me until I get the hang of it." She said then quickly kissed him on the cheek blushin a little bit i'll have to get used to that she thought glad that things were ok.

Miles just looked away, feeling defeated by his inability to do the simplest of things. He moved to the next stall all the while looking outside the window as the dogs played.

Luna cleaned a few more stalls.After awhile she finished the row and went to get some food bags. She grabbed two big ones and began to fill the metal bowls in the stalls. I'll teach Miles everything I know she thought determined to help him I won't let him continue to think he's a failure.

'I feel like an idiot.' Miles thought to himself. 'How am I supposed to be the man of the relationship if I can't even write my own name!'He was starting to get angry. 'I never should have told her....'

Luna filled another bowl with food then sighed "Miles can I tell you something?" She asked not looking at him

nicole sighs hungry " oh Tacos sound really good!" she said to the waitress handing her a menu

"Go ahead." Miles said still avoiding her gaze.

"My parents they were... They were also shifters. They were great people too they were so happy when they found out that I was a shifter too... Until one day." Luna bit her lip i can't beleive I'm telling him this I haven't even told this story to anyone before. "One day we were in the forest and they were teaching me how to hunt. It was my "birthday present" and I was super happy until the poachers came. I had just jumped into a bush and caught a rabbit, when I heard growling I had gotten scared so I waited in the bush. I turned and heard my mother saying 'Luna if you can hear me run run and don't turn back I love you but you need to run' Her calls made me nervous and I went closer... And that's when I heard the gun shots." Suddenly memories started flooding into Luna's mind. She could see the lifeless eyes of her parents staring at her, she could hear the sound of gunshots. Luna started hyperventilating and her legs began to wobble. She tried to put her hand out and brace herself on the wall but she ended up crashing into instead. She sunk to the floor and put her hands to her face willing herself not to cry.
