She had quietly thanked Scias as he set her down. He mentioned Hexic....right, they never found him. As soon as she was able, she'd definitely begin searching. For now, it was time to heal and rest.

The mess she left in her home was shameful... she definitely should have come and cleaned it up at some point, but dancing with death often made her forget a few things here and there.

Speaking of which, she had yet to take a look at the seriousness of her wound. As the bandage was lifted from her side, her breath was held and eyes shut tight. Once she peeked at the wound, a grimace coated her expression. She was guaranteed a scar from that. Perhaps someday she'd look back on it with fondness.

(I'm keeping Anya. She doesn't have to come into Corrupted, but I'm keeping her. She just gonna... *gives 5 year old* there! She can take care of this 5 year old I have yet to name!)
