"Okay.Air Current,main entrance,castle." Jason said to the creature and they nodded before they thrust their wings down and elegantly lifted into the air,graceful and careful. Jason spread his own wings and thrust up into the air,hovering next to Ash for a moment before the creature,Air Current,swung their head and began toward the castle,graceful and smooth as it glided along,Jason flipping and soon gliding on his back next to them. He closed his eyes and smiled softly,seeming to have missed being in the air.

Ash watched, glad Jason was back in the air if that was what he had missed so much

Jason smirked,seeming to sense his gaze,and opened one eye. "See something you like?" He said flirtatiously,swishing his tail a bit and raising one eyebrow.
Air Current huffed more ice particles at his flirty comment. He was being that flirty jock again.

"Yeah, actually. You're...happy, up here, in the air."

Jason laughed a soft,real laugh. "Yeah.I just feel more free,like something weighing on me is..." He put his arms above his head and stretched a bit,sighing softly. "Gone.Like I'm not being held back anymore.Like...chains or something? I dunno,it's weird but...true." He shrugged,his tail whipping the air side to side again.

Ash flinched a little at the mention of chains and looked away

Jason glanced at him,having noticed,and his joy and smile where gone. "I said something again,huh. Something that made you uncomfortable or remember before?" He sighed and put his hands over his face. He seemed to remember a lot of things all at once and then became stressed again,dropping an air current and flipping over so he wasn't on his back anymore. He watched his hands,mumbling to himself of things he shouldn't have said or done or things he had to do or say.

"No...your sister showed me the chains that I put you in, and I just..."

Jason looked up at him in confusion. "Chains? I...don't know of any chains.Sure,I've felt a strange binding or weight of sorts,it's new and frustrating I'll admit,but...chains?Dragons,after grief,can gain chains,small ones,around their soul sure. I've had grief,it's just probably from that." He shrugged. "Dragons souls get those chains sometimes,simple.Usually just some tight chains around a heart shape,our souls."

"How do you get rid of them?"
