Hexic followed her instructions, typing in the passcode. It wasn't too hard for him, since he was used to being blind. He was worried about the sound she was making though. Was she alright? What was she? An alien or human? Oh, too many questions. Stahp Hexic.

The tank released and the girl stepped out, weak on her feet. She pressed her sleeve against the wound on her collarbone and smiled lightly at Hexic.
"T-Thank you.. You're not an Exterminator or anything, right?"

"No. I'm not an Exterminator or a Protector, but I have friends who are protectors."

Let's just... not mention one is a former Exterminator.

"Then what are you doing here? T-They'll kill you." She sputtered, breaking into another coughing fit.
"..S-Screw it.. It doesn't matter. I'm getting out of here, whether you stop me or not. This is my only chance."
She started walking, tugging at the control collar on her neck, keeping her eyes on the corridors for any guards nearby.

"Hey! Wait up!"

His vision was starting to recover, but it was blurry and colorless. Should be good in a few minutes. He needed the visor thingy back though.

The girl suddenly stumbled forward as she tried to take off in a run as Hexic called after her, tumbling over herself and wincing as she coughed a bit more. She didn't exactly seem to be in the best shape from the looks of things.

Hexic could make out and outline, by now. He ran over to her.

"You need help. What were they doing to you?"

He touched her lightly, and started healing her. His vision started blacking out again, but he pushed himself. It cleared up instead of blacking out. He put more energy into healing her as soon as he saw her clearly. It hut to use up so much energy, but she was much worse than him.

She shoved him away as the wound over her collar had closed up before her eyes and she stared at Hexic wide-eyed.
"You.. can heal?"

"One of the things my type of alien is most known for. I'm still a kid, so I'm not as good as some of the adults were, but that doesn't matter. I'm good enough to heal you."

"T-Thank you."
She coughed up a bit more blood.
Healing or not, it didn't seem to have much of an effect on that.
As she stood back up, it was clear the tiredness hadn't faded much from her eyes.

"I don't know what they were trying to do exactly, but after me and a few other people got captured, they were talking about trying to make us into weapons.. heard some really unlucky people got recruited into breeding experiments, but I'm glad I wasn't one of them. Too useless to them for that.. They took off my arms and kept trying to inject me with stuff.."
