He hears faint activity as he heads that way, getting louder as he gets closer.

He arrives in a large room, slightly circular but in an elliptical, oval shape. Not-satyrs are trotting around the room, their hooves click-clacking against the floor, cleaning up decorations from what was probably some sort of ball considering this is a ballroom. In the center of the room, Rosen above the dance floor, are four thrones. Currently, three of the four are unoccupied. Sitting on the smallest throne is a young woman, maybe 17, with a leaped tail and ears. She glances at him, but doesn't seem very interested in his affairs.

he walked right past, looking for a way out.

The leopard lady glances at him, mildly curious but mostly disinterested. There's no ceiling, but there's stretching russet tree branches that would make this place difficult to fly out of. It looks really pretty, but it's a real inconvenience for Skullio.

can he climb and break out?

Maybe. It's hard to tell, for Skullio at least. These branches do seem to be quite strong, noting they're used to build houses. The cat lady gazes at him quietly.

he ignored her and checked for a weak spot to break out through.

None of the gaps can fit his wingspan, and every time he tries to move them away they return more firmly to their position.
