"Have you really?" The fox asked with a guarded look on her face as she stopped struggling.

She raises an eyebrow at the fox. "At least I have, Ace? what about you? I mean, it is kind of obvious. We're upwind, yet I can still see the effect he's left in my territory."

Owen paused where he was, his eyes starting to glow before going back to it's normal color as he fell to the ground. Getting up slowly, his head still ringing he shifting into his wolf and ran after Amiera, muttering under his breathe "I must tell them!"

Owen follows Amiera's scent and stumbles across something, a tiny dart laying on the ground, leaning down to sniff it he hears a creaking sound. Looking up he gulps as a metal cage comes falling down, right on him. He darts away from the falling cage and yelps in pain as the cage falls on his hind leg, pinning him to the ground.

Ace continues to follow Amiera, now taking the lead in front of her, just in case something bad happens.
Jump, the familiar voice of the shadow beast echos through his mind and deciding to follow it as he leaps in the air, feeling embarrased. Turning around he gasped, the place he had jumped over had collapsed, leaving a pit with dead leaves at the bottom, probably the stuff that had held it up.

Nova runs over and lifts the cage up with a large stick she found, and binds his leg. "Are you okay!?"


Amiera had stopped just in time, and stares at Ace wild-eyed, not having ever seen traps like this before. "...."

"I'm fine," Owen said licking Nova to say thanks before slowly standing up and limping towards the other, flinching a little in pain "I need to get to the others, it's important!"

"I... don't know how I dodged that... I he-eard a voice," Ace said looking at the hole in shock "I have never seen a trap like this."

Sajati peeked her head out and her ears flattened when she saw the hole and muttered angrily "Just another trap."
Then she turned, ears pricking up now as she heard a bark, another fox!

Amiera takes a deep breath. "So the shadow creature is still with us....good to know." She hears the bark and turns in that direction. "....."


Nova howls, then grabs Owen's wolf form, and drags him through a river, towards Amiera.

Owen yelps in surprise as the water hits him and whimpers when they get out, now soaking wet..
"I'm wet," He complained shaking himself as best as he could to get himself dry.

Sajati hops out of the bag and limps up to where she had heard the bark as she spotted a head peeking out of a bush.
"Ovardz {Hello}," Sajati said dipping her head in greetings.
"Ovardz," The fox said back before noticing the scratches on Sajati "Zay mes Jet, is v uder{I'm Jet, are you okay?}?"
"Sajati mes ni aj, v uder mes... is lediv akevol ni ocisil?
{I'm Sajati and yes I'm fine... have you seen a man and a fox?}" Sajati asked watching the fox seriously, a sad look in her eyes.
"Aj, kevol em ej jaroks leju, le ej ajt {Yes, a man almost caught me, he went that way}," Jet pointed with his snout in the direction they had been going before waving his tail goodbye and going back into the bush to hide.
