You throw the pup more chicken, thinking that if he likes it, then maybe his family will too. You wonder where the father is or even who he is. You keep your distance, not wanting to spook them, and slump down to the ground.

Within a few minutes, you feel something crawl into your lap. It is a Zolnixi female pup that is part of your pup's family. She has a piece of chicken in her mouth. You look over to see your companion sleeping by his mother's side.

What do you do?

The Aerdini wishes her tail so that it points in the direction of a huge volcano.

The Zolnixi points his snout in the direction of a tree towards the highest point where you see a hole in the trunk just the size for a Sylesti to fit.

You stay with your Sylesti until the fog passes and it is no longer impossible to see, but can't remember which way you were going.

(You are standing against a wall by the way so there is no from t or back unless you want to walk into a wall)

"What's wrong with him?" you ask.

"He is simply growing weaker from being in the maze for so long. It's tough living here, I think he is getting sick. But there is nothing I can do, and nothing you can do. We just have to let it be."

(If you have ideas for names... let me know... It's hard calling them thing 1 and thing 2 especially since they're both male, I need to make sure you know which one I'm talking about)

I am torn. Should I do what might be "the right thing" and leave the family behind? Or should I be a bit selfish? Little girl is nudging my hand with the chicken and I take while thanking her quite and softly. Such a lovely girl!

As I get drowsy I decide to stay a while and get myself some rest. The way will surely get harder and a nap would help me gain strength. The mother did not throw me out yet and the cave seens to be safe place, or the she wouldnd nurture her hatchlings in here.

You choose to stay a while and the pup you have befriended seems to enjoy it. You rest for a while, but are quickly awoken by the pup who gives you a chicken bone. She wags her tail in anticipation and you throw it. She scrambles to retrieve it as quickly as possible then drops it by you and wags her tail some more. This goes on for a couple of hours before your pup wakes up and he decides to steal it and bring it back to you. You then throw two chicken bones for the two of them. The mother comes over to you and leaves three sleeping pups and you give her some chicken, she then seems to put more trust in you. You think it may be time to leave.
