Once we get back, I set him down gently on the large mat I made earlier,before sitting down next to him.

I take a step back and try to see if its eyes are cat eyes.

(So I know if they venomous if you didn't know.)

I hug him and try and calm him down by petting him, then lay down next to him, tired, but continue petting him.
