SpiritHeart gets as close to the exit as she dares. She is about a foot away, when she decides to stop and look out. There are definitely trees and the pond is actually a stream. Oddly enough rising up far baove the trees is a crystalline structure.

A. Head for the stream
B. Trees, that feels more natural to you
C. Aim for the strange structure
D. Leave the cave but then turn around and see what is a part of
E. Remain in the cave you can make it work

Sylvia decides to follow a set of tracks that are long and narrow, but not typically of hooves. Following them carefully at times they seem to disappear, but Sylvia realizes that the deeper impressions that occur after a break between prints could indicate leaping. Storing the knowledge that the being could move in such a way she keeps following them. She sees a fork in the path, but looks to the prints. Dismayed she realizes there are multple sets and that each set goes in a different direction.

A. Follow the right trail
B. Left trail
C. Look to see if there are any in the jumping pattern
D.See which one looks newest and follow that
E. Choose whichever seems to have been the most traveled path

Ember decides finding the source of the noise is the priority. He starts to listen more intently....but the sound doesn't seem to be repeating. Frustrated he starts to turn away when the scrabbling sound comes back sounding slight;y different...more of a scuttling sound now. Very slowly her turns his head expecting some new monster to come and attack him. He sees nothing at first but then on the ground he notices a fast movement. It is a tiny lizard. The small creature freezes as it catches Ember's eye. The two just stare at each other when the lizard abruptly tries to streak away.


A. Follow it might lead to somewhere new
B. Crush it with your hooves
C. Mmmh, meat time to eat
D. Ignore it definitely not a threat
E. Just leave the cave already
F. Check one of the other parts of the cave ( you choose)

Thorne refuses to budge too cautious to approach such an unnatural thing. Rayyge, however, is confident and doesn't see the harm in inspecting the pedestal. Walking over he hears a click as his foot taps a depression in the dirt. A rumbling sound begins as glowing lights create a barrier trapping Rayge.

A. Have Rayge look around for a release mechanism
B. Have Thorne look outside the trap probably isn't meant to be dispelled from within
C. Both attack the barrier hoping to destroy it
D. Rayge becomes enrages and attacks the area around him
E. Ignore the fact that he is trapped and head for the pedestal

Thorne looks for an escape hatch, but it's clear Rayge is nervous...

Stryder heads towards the glade suspicious of how it looks. She quickly manages to make it to the outer ring of the glade. Sharp eyes take in details noting that the dying plants were in a pattern too clean cut to be natural. Bending down she looks closer at the dead plants. Before her eyes they continue to wither turning to an unnatural black color. Definitely not natural, she wonders if poison or magic was used and what the purpose of such was. She hers the snapping of branches and goes into a ready position she note that a cloaked figure has appeared by the glade's edge.

B. see if they know anything about the glade
C. Back away slowly your instincts are screaming
D. Remain poised to attack but allow the figure the first move
