"Wait! You're not fully healed yet!" One of the blue creatures protests suddenly. His voice is high-pitched, almost androgynous.

he turned and glared. *then whats wrong with me?* he asked. *and why are you healing me?*

He nervously flinches at Skullio's tone and goes silent.

he said after a moment, and much more softly, *i dont want to die. please tell me.*

"Well, we oreads can only heal if we understand the anatomy of what we're healing." The blue flower creature, apparently called an oread, hesitantly explains. "We're familiar with seelie biology, but not so much with arial or other magics, and especially not hybrids because the biology and anatomy is unique to each individual. We were only just starting to figure out how to heal you when you, um...." he glances at the oread with the bitten nose, "...surprised us."

he said, *im sorry. although, to be fair, you startled me. but you didnt answer my question. whats wrong with me?*

"You got stabbed 17 times." The one with the bitten nose points out flatly. "Mostly after you passed out from severe blood loss and mirinit poison."

"He wouldn't know what mirinit is, Gem." The first one points out.

"I literally just said it's a poison. You've never seen deadly nightshade before, but I can say with certainty you can figure out from the name what it does. It's not hard to figure out." Gem retorts.
