didn't exactly end towards the suggestion of peace from the aliens, but I can definitely play around with that, heh)

(I mean, if they did.. Oof, that means Scias would have left Earth too. but we can't let that happen. Assume he's here for some unspecified reason, the Council got in touch with him regarding suspicions regarding the rest of the armies' operations.
