Luna laughed a little as she opened the door of one of the stalls letting the dog inside run into the yard. "I've difinitily thought about it before."

"What stopped you from doing it then?" Miles asks petting a small German Shepard puppy. It's ears flopped over as it rolled onto its back. "Your a sweet little girl."

"money i guess, I wouldn't want to adopt any of these guys and have to give them back cause i ran out of money." Luna said stroking the head of a chocolate lab "sometimes i get to bring the sick ones home though."

"Okay! Common its just down here." Nant led them down a road and into a small cafe. It had a sign inside saying 'all local food!' Nant showed them them to a table in the corner. A elderly woman walked over, "what would ya like, huns?"

"Well now that I'm living with you, and have a job the whole money thing won't be so bad." Miles reminded her. "It's not like having a child, a dog can't possible cost as much as a baby." He said setting an example as he petted the puppies tummy.

"That's true... Do you... Want a dog?" Luna asked turning towards Miles while opening another stall.

"It would be nice, and it may even bring us closer together." Miles said taking the puppy outside. "And if we got a big dog then it could serve as a guard dog."

"Well if you want a guard dog go ahead and look but don't pick this guy." Luna said happily scratching socks behind the ears. Socks let out a low growl that sounded almost like a purr. Luna laughed and let him out of the stall.

"Why?" Miles asks letting another dog out into the yard. "Is there something wrong with him?"

"Hm!" Luna asked "oh no he's just convinced himself that he's a cat so I doubt he'll attack any intruders." She watched as he tiptoed daintily by Miles out to the yard
