(You can get him captured if you want, but it might get in the way of everyone getting out unscathed. I might be able to use it to intro the character I want to replace Rey with though which could be very interesting.

Scias managed to kick the spider off him as he saw the grenade.

He quickly shifted and pulled Rey and Saras out of the blast range, skidding and tumbling into the wall as he failed to mantain his footing.

(Its cool. And to answer Scias question, Obviously.)

Zeth

At this point, she didn't know what would hit it. She had taken a notable burn mark across her left side from the explosion, pinned to a wall, preventing her from escaping all of the blast.

She was determined to find a weak point in this thing. She sot a few more bullets at random parts of it's body, seeing if any of the beast was particularly tender or un armored.

One of the spiders had been blasted apart in the explosion while the other was toppled to the ground with missing legs and trailing blood from its body that seemed to pick up more as it ate more bullets. Regardless, it seemed to make no difference to slowing its pace as it scrambled to grip at Zeth and shred at her exposed side.

(I dunno, we could keep everyone unscathed and have them all make it out. Except for Hexic. There's always a way, and if there isn't, kill a character!)

(Nah, I think I have an idea, but this new guy's going to have to help Hexic out of the fort since the others wouldn't be able to afford being able to go back and get him what with Zeth being injured and Umbra being deaded and leaving the place on high alert.

Leaves a chance for Hexic to get a friend and have his time to shine.
I don't plan on killing Rey but she's leaving back to her home planet immediately after dealing with Umbra)

(Ye! My short-attention-span-short-term-memory-loss-choild gets a new friend! Unless it's an introvert. Introverts get adopted by extroverts [like Hexic!] instead of making friends. If it is an introvert, Hexic will have to adopt them.)

Trying to brainstorm the character rn, not sure if I want to go with a human or hybrid just yet)

(I think we need more humans. 34's got a roleplay that I'm... participating in. And seriously, so many hybrids. For a while I felt like I had the only human characters.)
