She smiled and did the same,careful for her wing joint,and gently kissed her forehead. Once Kate was asleep D would be comfortable enough to sleep.

D giggled softly,noticing,then gently snuggled her a bit before closing her eyes and letting herself drift into sleep as well.

In her sleepy haze,deepening to deep sleep,she felt it and smiled a bit. Her tail came over and pulled Kate fully close against herself before going away so she wouldn't scare Kate.
