Kurt swallowed wrapping his arms around her. "Katherine... They won't hurt me and I wouldn't care if they did... just so long as it keeps you safe..." He said taking his phone out of her pocket carefully still holding her. "I love you and I need to protect you or I will have nothing." He said seriously a slight edge to his voice.

Keda climbed onto her counter getting down the few pans that were up high. She sent a quick text to Julie about the furniture before starting to box up her things.

Katherine shook more. "I-I care if they hurt you..." she whispered. Feeling nervous when he took his phone out of her back pocket. Ignoring it and nestling into him more. Feeling safer when he put his arms around her. "I love you too..." she whispered, not letting go of him. Not moving to stop him from calling whoever he was going to, but not leaving either. Tightening her arms around him. Hiding her face as she nestled into him. Closing her eyes as she rested her cheek against his chest. Taking in his scent, letting it calm her more. Shaking less.

Will chuckled a little when his manager glared at him. Going to the back room to start working.

Kurt shook his head resting his chin on the top of her head, her hair tickling at his skin. "Katherine... Please let me protect you... I won't be getting hurt just so long as you're okay..." He whispered kissing the top of her head her hair tickling his lips before he rested his chin there again just standing in the kitchen holding her close to him.

Katherine calmed more, leaning into him more. "O-Okay..." she agreed quietly. Not shaking anymore when he kissed her head. Taking another deep breath. Letting his scent calm her the rest of the way. Smiling a little. Not wanting to move from him. Slowly looking up at him. Taking his hand and pulling him towards his room. Sitting on his bed after she shut the door behind them. "I-I want to know what your doing though..." she said quietly. Hoping he wouldn't be mad.

Kurt smiled at her a little when she sat down on his bed. "I'll be asking one of the lawyers what I should do then ask the other lawyer to do it..." He said quietly looking at the door. "I won't do anything stupid... I promise..." He said looking back at her with his lopsided smile.

Katherine smiled a little, still not really liking it. Smiling more when she seen his lopsided smile, loving his smile. Pulling him in the bed too. Resting her chin against his chest. Looking at him nervously, slowly taking his hand with the phone. Pushing it closer to him. Watching the screen. Wondering who it was he was calling.

Kurt sighed. "Katherine... I don't want to listen to us talking..." He said really not wanting her to know he was talking to his dad. "Lawyer's are pretty nasty..." He explained a little hoping she'd be satisfied with it.

Katherine slightly glared at him. "Then I'm not doing it..." she whispered. She already knew how lawyers where. "Please..." she said quietly. Wanting to know what was going on. "I-I won't say anything..." she said quietly, giving him a pleading look. Resting her head back against his chest. Looking up at him a bit sadly that he didn't want her to hear anything.

Kurt swallowed shaking his head slowly. "T-that's not it..." he said his voice shaky as he thought of telling her about one being his dad but didn't know what she'd say or want then. He needed to do it slowly, he had been avoiding all his old friends and his family for almost two years and he didn't know what to do about it.

Katherine looked at him sadly. "T-Then what is it..." She asked quietly. Scared about what it could be. Beginning to trace his chest gently. Trying to calm her nerves. Knowing he was keeping something from her. "P-Please tell me Kurt..." She whispered a bit painfully. Looking into his eyes. Not liking that he was hiding things from her.
