i chuckle, "i designed this jetpack to go fast, and i've seen you on tv go fast, so i thought that if i ever met you, i could beat you in a race." i said taking out my sketchpad and pencil, i started to draw but then started on a new page, when i was done i showed sonic, i had drawn egghead fuming at me and sonic, we were just standing sonic whistling and me looking at my claws and holding half of egghead's mustache.

Sonic chuckled. "Finally, something that's actually pretty good finally comes from that scetchbook!" He laughed, giving her a thumbs-up. His smile soon faded. "Y'know...." He started, skidding to a halt to give the others a few minutes to catch up.

"yeah?" i ask grinning at the picture i had sketched.

"Can I be real and say I thought you were mildly annoying when I first ran into you?" Sonic said with a short laugh. "Well, I guess kinda I misjudged you. You're alright Kit. Just gotta be slow to assume the world is against ya," He said, offering his trademark smirk and extending a hand. "And uh, heh, no hard feelings about me elbowing you, right?"

i nod and shake his hand firmly, "yeah, and again about me punching you in the gut." i said smiling sheepishly.

Sonic winked. "As of now, it never happened. Besides, I've got into enough fights with Knux and Shadz to be able to brush off a punch from and average Mobian,"

i nod, "true, but i'm not an average mobian." i said, i pull my hand back and bring out my claws, i scratch behind my ear and pull my claws back in.

"Maybe not average, but I'm in a differnet leauge, for sure," He replied smoothly, swiping a fist under his nose.

i nod, "but then again, with all the time i have had fights, i have earned some instincts and reflexes." i said, malory and the boys had caught up and were panting, "can...we...rest...a bit?" pyro asked gasping for breath.

Sonic put his hands on his hips and tapped his foot, giving them and impatient look in a way only he could. "Ugh, fine, just hurry it up!"
