Luke ends up resting his head down for a moment,and due to lack of sleep....nodded off.

the bell rings

Luke isn't roused.

the teacher comes and pats on him and says "time to get up the bell rang"

"Mm? Oh...s-sorry Ma'am." He said,rubbing his eyes and grabbing his stuff,putting it into his bag and standing with a stretch.

"its fine honey i'll give you a pass" she writes him a pass

"Thank you,I just have insomnia so I get tired in the worst times." he said apologetically.

"i told ya honey it's fine if they ask just say i kept talking and wouldn't shut up its 5th hour so do you have lunch 6th hour?"

"Um,actually I think so. Unless we'er on assembly schedule,and I don't think we are tho." he said.

"we aren't"
