He had checked the building, and the only two ways in or out were the front door and the fire escapes on either side. Either way, they both let out to the main street. He crouched down beside a rather large potted plant (which, in Knuckles' oppinion, was in desperate need a bigger pot.) and hid amound the leaves. It wasn't ideal, but it was the best he was gonna get. Besides, if someone decided to come onto the roof, he could easily escape unseen.

i heard something from below, i looked down and saw sonic looking straight at me, i didn't say anything, i was too nervous to even stammer, i zoomed off and made my way back to my garage not once looking back, my tail flailing behind me.

"....Oh...kay?" Sonic said, wheeling around and making chase. "C'mon Azul. Let's see what that's about..."

once i got in my garage i hid under my bed shaking with fear, i don't know why i was so afraid, but i was preoccupied with being scared to think about it.
