Theta: "that is a pretty name. i have a friend named Kat, but i am not for sure why." he grits his teeth in pain.


Kat: "i am Kat not Kitty. who would name there child Kitty?"

"Thank you!" she cries, jumping around a bit before noticing Theta gritting his teeth. She stops jumping and asks, "Are you okay, Mr. Angel?"

Kitty's mother walks over and examines Theta's shoulder. "I'm Taru. Sit down and let me treat your shoulder."

The cerberus dog trotted up to Theta and began to lick him before Taru shooed him off.

Theta: "im ok." he pats the dog and walks over to a chair. "have you happened to see a girl with a winged leopard?" he sits down still holding his arm. 'look at me!' he thinks to himself 'i have one foot in the grave and one on a banana peel! no wonder this lady did not want to help me.' i sigh and repression my leg so not to pull the stitches out.



Kat: "Winter i dont think we should be here."

The lady came out of the water and glided on the ground toward Kat. "Come to my home with me," she said. Winter stepped toward the lady, her sword aimed for her heart. The lady turned to face her. "Ice-child, go on." Winter hesitated and the lady lunged at her. Seconds later, Winter was standing gasping for air and soaking wet. Her sword had fallen to the ground and was shattered into millions of pieces. "It is no use fighting me. I'm made of water." Wait, water. I could freeze her possibly. thought Winter.

Teru began to treat Theta's arm."Drink this," she said, holding out the bottle of fever medicine.

Kitty began to play with Ceberus on the floor. She squealed in delight as they wrestled playfully.

Kat: "why do you want me?"


Theta: "what is it?" he stares at the bottle

"Don't you know that a river needs souls to help it stay strong? That's the reason for floods." said the woman. "Or you could be my personal servants if you prefer."

Winter lifted her head. "You can't take us." she says. "Don't you know water is weak to ice?" she froze the lady with one hand. To her surprise, she heard the familiar giggling and the ice melted. "Haven't you seen pond ice melt after winter? Ice is just another form of water. You're ice will be no good against me."


"Medicine to help prevent infection from you arm," lied Teru, knowing he might deny having a fever. She finished bandaging his arm and asked, "Now who is this girl and leopard you're talking about?"

Kage had gone off to look for Theta on the other side of town, leaving Yuri alone. Yuri was ready to go into one of the houses for shelter against the rain when she felt a burning pain in her leg. She fell to the ground and turned her head to see a man in black standing above her with a sword. She drew her own sword and stabbed him in the foot before he could move. He screamed and ran into the darkness. She leg had a deep, angry slash running up her calf. She used her sword to stand up and walked down the alley, leaning heavily on the wall and dragging her injured leg behind her. She finally came across a door that was lit. She saw figures in it, one of which looked like a three-headed dog. She knocked weakliy on the door, and sat on the doorstep, trying to hide from the rain.

Kat: "What the hell are you talking about?!" she snapped and a spark of lightning hit the lady made of water.


Theta: "Kitty stay behind me." he ordered. he draw his sword.

She just smiles as steam rolls off her back. "You will be mine!" she yells and charges Kat. Winter racks her mind. A sword will just go through her, she can melt ice, and even lighting can- "Plants! That's her weakness. They can suck her up!" she yells triumphantly.

Kitty scurries behind him, fear in her eyes, but it is hidden by curiosity. Teru opens the window shade. She can't see a thing in the dark. "Open the door please, Theta."

Kat: she dodges out of the way, makeing plants grow as she goes.


Theta: he smiles to Kitty. "dont worry i will not let anything happen to you." and he walks to the door. he creaks it open. "Yuri!"

Yuri shivers with cold and fear and lie down on the steps, the loss of blood weakening her. She raises her head as the door opens. "T-Theta," she smiles weakly and tries to stand up, but her wounded leg fails her and she finds herself lying on the step again.
