"Alright do you remember where the Stubborn Storm is," Sarah asks, "If not I remember where it is, permitted it didn't move again."

Zero flicked an ear. "Hm... I'll let you lead, then."

After a bit, Knuckles glanced over at Clay. "Are you going to tell me what happened?"

"Umm we were ambushed at the museum after it closed," Clay tries to recall what happened, "Whoever they were struck fast and extremely hard."


Sarah leads the way back to the Stubborn Storm. It was a little emptier then normal, but the same spaniel Sarah talked to last time was there.

Zero filed in behind her, maintaining a calm air about him. Even without an illusion to cloak himself, he knew how to remain unassuming.

"Hm," Knux mumbled as he set to work on Clay's injuries.

Sarah looks around, "So anyone here willing to have a decent payday."
The spaniel looks at Sarah, "Forget it. I'm not going up against Hoowlers even though she deserves it."



Clay cooperates as best he can and afterwards thanks Knuckles for his help.

Zero folded his ears back as he watched the exchenge.

Knuckles gave a slight nod. "...You can stay. For a while, at least." He mumbled.

"Well Zero anything to say," The spaniel asks, "after all what you're asking of me is borderline crazy and you were much like me a mercenary."


"Thank you," Clay responds, "So where do I need to try to carry AJ to so we're out of your way?"

"Anything to hear?" Zero almost curtly returned, then sighed. "I want her out of our buisness as much as you probably do. As a war criminal, I may be at higher risk, but experiance wise I believe its possible for us to pull off, but not without proper resources."

"You're still injured. I'll carry him, while you tell me the rest of the details."

"While that's true it's difficult to pin down what Hoowlers already knows now that my mole has been discovered. What's the timeline to pull this off," Artie asks, "If I can help, I'll do what I can, but you should know that if Winter won't help us, I'm not walking into her territory. I have enough enemies already and I don't want another one, especially one as powerful as Winter."


Clay nods once, "There honestly isn't much to tell. We were working late after the museum closed when AJ heard a noise coming from the prehistoric exhibit. We went to check it out and got ambushed by these mobians dressed as ninjas. I was knocked out quickly so I don't know as much as AJ might."

"As soon as possible, but we are in no rush." Zero replied.
