"Sorry it's just that something Mama Winter's butler said that's bugging me, he said that there were agents prowling around. We both know that Hoowler's goons wouldn't come here without heavy reinforcements. And if it's enough to make Winter nervous then we are in serious trouble. We need her protection but if the problem from the agents keeps up there is no guarantee that she will keep her word. Much like Hagen keeping his," Sarah explains.




Clay groans from where he was sitting as he glances at AJ who was out cold. Secretly Clay wonders how they even survived that fight.

Zero huffed, folding his ears back. "What do you suggest we do, then? Go back on the run or try and divert the agents' attention?" He asked. "Or perhaps it's time I make good on my... agreement, with the higher up."

Knuckles broke into a sprint once he caught sight of them on the beach. "The heck's going on down here?"

Clay whimpers, "Ambush, museum."
Ajal begins to stir slightly as he struggles to try and stand up on shaky legs. He looked pretty beaten up.




Sarah frowns, "We could do that or we could use Hoowler's own methods against her. Have her agents chasing their tails and find her as the criminal. After all I'm sure if you dig deep enough you could find something or make something up. Wouldn't be that hard."

Knuckles reached over, putting a hand on Ajal's shoulders to keep him down. "Stay." He muttered. "You need to recover."

"True, true." Zero hummed. "Not a bad idea."

Sarah smirks, "Why don't we make it even easier on ourselves? A friend of mine has a grudge against Hoowlers."



Ajal whines slightly in protest but other then that doesn't fight.

Zero returned the grin. "Then what are we waiting for?"

Knuckles got up and departed. "Stay here. I need to gather some supplies. Be right back."

Clay nods once signaling he'd heard Knuckles. He also pins Ajal down knowing that Ajal didn't have enough energy or strength to try and fight at the moment.



"Because we have to go back to the one bar I took you to."

Zero pinned his ears back. "...Ah. Well. A job is a job."

Knuckles soon returned with an armful of bandages and medicinal plants, promptly setting to work on Ajal since he seemed to have the worse injuries.

Clay weakly moves out of Knuckles's way and tries to figure out how he is going to explain what happened.




"Do you want to go or not? If not I can try to figure something else out."

Knuckles worked in silence, focused on his task at the moment.
