He shook his head. "I'll be fine,besides. I have to do a cappella with my brothers later. Flasher probably sent Silver to "check in on me".That's usually what they do so I can come over and do it with them to entertain the dragons." He said and pointed to his little brother as if to say 'See?' as the 7 year old walked in. "Shadow.What the heck ya' doin'? If you can stand then come on out.We're up in a bit,not to much longer." He said,spiked tail swishing and tone sorta calm but not to fond.

Ash shook his head. "He can stand, but he could collapse at any moment. Look at him." With his free hand, he gestured to Jason. "You really expect him to go up on stage?"

"Um...yeah? He get's bloodied all the time because he doesn't like to stay inside from the fighting. His fault for getting his tail kicked,but we have a job to keep these dragons from falling apart from the stress of the war." He said,crossing his arms as he sat on his hunches. Jason nodded silently in agreement.

Ash didn't say anything else, just brushed past them into Jason's room again

"You've gotten worse." Silver said,eyeing Jason as he sighed softly and gave his little brother a smirk. "Heh. Worse~? Who,me? I thought I couldn't get anymore stupid~." He joked,laughing as Silver rolled his eyes and turned around to walk off. "Just get your tail down bro." He said,then started walking off,mumbling about how he wished Shadow had died instead of Lavender,Clementine or their father.Jason just watched him go with a smirk until he was out of view and then the smirk fell and he sighed. He only pushed himself because he knew others saw him as weak.And he'd always tried to prove against that.Yet nothing...nothing worked.

Except to everyone in the Fey Realm, some of them considered him a hero. Most of them did, actually. Mostly because he brought back the scepter and stopped the war

But he didn't know that.He didn't know that,and might never know that.
Jason stood away from the wall and went back to the room,going to write more on paper so that all these things weren't stuck in his head for to long anymore.


Crysta warbled happily in her sleep.

Ash watched from the chair in the corner, holding Crysta with both arms again.

Jason didn't notice that he was being watched,just focused on these thoughts so he could write them down. He took up a piece of paper and the pencil,the note of before moved so it was clear he'd read it,and he sat on the bed,putting the paper flat on the stone and beginning to write shakily. In english,not dragon.Surprisingly. He wrote carefully,as if he wanted the thoughts out of his head but didn't want to forget. These notes...where like entries....he was writing these as if. In a diary. These where sorta his diary. His way of getting rid of fear and anger and hurt to free himself. He'd not done so for a while,no wonder he'd been so panicked and afraid before.But white filled his freckles and underwings and then seemed to be sucked right out as he smiled a bit as he wrote,as if lifting something off of his own shoulders.

Ash continued to watch, silent, not wanting to ruin whatever burden he was lifting off himself.
