Hexic could hear a little, but it wasn't getting better. Everything sounded fuzzy and far off. It was... almost scary. But he's handled worse. He could deal with this, right?

Scias
Scias didn't need to be told twice as he walked inside. The sound of gunfire picked up a moment later as two Scorpino guards were dropped to the ground.

Rey
Rey pinched the bridge of her nose before stepping in to cover him. "See they aren't going to make it easy."

Zeth

Great so Scias planned on being as reckless as possible...
She followed right on their tail, gun in hand she decided to use the echo-locative function of her horns to detect if any enemies were near. She picked up on a few, but not too many. Zethy may have overlooked some, so she was extra careful.


Traqil

He began to lead everyone else in, dead set on keeping them safe and unharmed. Traqil covered the group as a shield, willing to take any gun fire that came their way.

A thickly armored soldier in the back, watching the group seemed to be armed with a thick, flaming sword, the hilt of which he had gripped in his hand.

This one was strange though. He had a glowing collar bracketed over his neck. It almost appeared as if he were human aside from the Scorpino eyes, antlers, and tail that hung past his armor. A hybrid or genetic experiment, perhaps, but he clearly had no reservations about staying out of any of this as the collar blinked with orders to him.

Another experiment with a collar joined behind him, this one armed with a laser-edged blade and a thick, but more mobile set of armor. His skin seemed cloaked with shadow as cold as ice and his armored, clawed hands were coated with frost.
It was possible that these two were assassins, but it was hard to tell if they were acting of their own volition.

Scias
He didn't seem to be being too reckless, understanding the limit of his own ability to take any amount of gunfire. For once. Still, he seemed focused enough to take down two other guards as he took cover from 3 armed much more heavily with Hunter rifles.

Rey
Rey took cover as well after managing to nail one of the hunter rifle armed guards in the knee and dropping him to the ground. He still seemed to be going for his gun, but Rey wasn't able to get another shot on him as the other guard tried to fire past the pillar they both had ducked behind.

Saras activated his laser blade, and approached the two heavily armed expiriments. Chances are, they're under some form of mind control.

The experiments didn't take well to Saras' own show of aggression and one moved forward, the flaming blade in hand igniting brighter along with the back of his armor shooting up in flame. If it was affected by the blaze, it didn't seem to show it as it took a swing at Saras, leaving a wave of flames around himself.

The other experiment was less brazen, keeping its sword handy as it circled the other experiment, trying to probe Saras for a weak point.

Either way, he was quickly surrounded by the two.

Zethrin

As she 'scanned' the area, she caught a certain something...Sh quickly realized two foreign figures where nearby, and they were attacking Saras. She dropped what she was doing to go help. It seemed to her that the best form of attack would have to be ambush. She didn't want them to see her coming.

She pulled her custom made whip/sword/belt off of her hip and prepared to attack, having her trusty pistol in the other hand. She had an assortment of other peculiar weapons in case of emergancy, but for now, belt whi[p sword it was.

She found a vantage point on a nearby ledge and jumped onto the frosty themed attacker, having no intention of sparing his life. Zeth tried to wrap her strange sword around his throat, not yet activation the sharp edge of the blade. She had a gut feeling that these were no newbies, so she was prepared to give this attack her best shot.


Traqil

He was with Corasi and Hexic when he noticed that Saras was wandering away with an active laser blade.
"What are you doing? We are supposed to stick together." He said this having no knowledge of the figures Saras had caught sight of.

Once they began attacking, He had decided to get Hexic and Corasi out of there. (Just remember, Traqil is a fairly big dude) He picked up both Hexic and Corasi before heading to safety. He knew Zeth was there helping, so he made it his job to keep the two hybrids safe for now.

Fixed it, sorry 'bout that

(depression is destroying my ability to write in depth, trying to shake it but might be slower to reply because I've slept like 16 hours and I still can't stay awake or focus even with 3 cups of coffee. Thanks for the reping since I forgot to recheck it.

Also that weapon is so ridiculous, but so cool, lmao)

The frosty experiment didn't stand being grappled well as the sound of gunfire picked up again in the background with Sereya and Scias covering Traqil and the others from attack from the remaining guards in the area.

His shadowy skin seemed to flare up with frost further, trying to freeze the joints of her sword as he swung his sword at her legs.

(The utter ludicrousness of the weapon is exactly why Zeth would have it XD, and its all good, take your time.)

Zeth

She did her best to stay in the attacker's back, making it harder for it to land a hit on her. Due to the frost, the sharp function on the blade was no longer on option, so she would do her best to accommodate. Zeth pulled the blade back, attempting to choke the experiment out.

She could and probably should have tried to reason with them before attacking, but they looked eerily like umbra's little minions, she she through that thought out the window. She grunted, pulling harder on the strange blade, praying this would work. Her finger tips felt colder the more she held on.
