Frisk smiled no and poked Sans. *get up.*

Sans shifted and lifted and eyelid. "hm?" He mumbled.
Warren stepped over some of the higher foliage. "That your friend Frisk?" He asked.
Sans blinked in slight alarm upon noticing the other child.

(This is gonna be so awkward XD)

Frisk nodded. *Sans, meet Warren. Warren, Sans. And Warren, I need to show you something about Sans. Its completely serious, and a secret, and if it gets out were all screwed. So, can I trust you? Can you keep this secret? Please?* she asked seriously, and a little pleadingly.

Sans tugged his hood down further over his eyesockets, probably surpressing a chain of not-so-kid-friendly language. "kid-- a little heads up would've been nice." He pressed out.

Warren didn't seem to notice this and smiled. "Aw, Frisk, you know me. Scout's honor." He said, lifting his left hand and placing the right over his heart.

Frisk nodded to Sans. *sorry. You were asleep.* then she turned to Warren and smiled before saying, *thanks,* and turning back to Sans. *you can reveal your face now. And maybe show him that bird.*

Sans took a breath, flashed Frisk a brief glance, then tugged down his scarf.
The stunned silence that followed was deafening.

(Crap, now Im worried about Frisk and feeling bad)

Frisk winced, staying to the side. *sorry, Sans.*

"frisk, i get you're determined and all, but we need to have a serious talk about impulse control. and speaking of impluse, can you ask your friend to get his hand of his hatchet hilt? it's making me feel super uncomfortable." Sans replied. He didn't sound pleased, but he didn't exactly sound mad either.

Warren shook his head briefly, pinched himself, then very slowly untensed his posture. "Frisk. When I woke up this morning, that--"

"rude."

"--Is not what I expected to see." Warren managed, looking like he just saw a ghost.

Frisk winced. *sorry, both of you.* she said. She seemed on the verge of tears.

Sans eyed Frisk steadily for a moment, then got a stupid idea to break the ice that only he could have. He casually approched Warren (who, in turn, retreated back a pace) and held out a hand. "look, this is very awkward for the both of us but let's try to act civil at least, so let's start this over. hi. my name is sans."
