"Excuse me, what? You love me? Jesus, I'm so oblivious. It was so obvious!" She facepalmed. "How can I have been so oblivious!?"

Zach shrugs, "It's alright. I'm sorry." He says, not knowing why he said sorry, but actually meaning it when he said it was alright and that she shouldn't worry about it. He was nervous, afraid that she would tell him she didn't have time for love and that he should buzz off.

"It's fine. I sort of like you too in that way." She stared downward and facepalmed again. Can you possibly be more awkward?

"OK. Cool." Zach says, relieved.
Azrail was grinning, nodding happily. "And now you two kiss and live happily ever after!" The boy says with a giggle.

She kissed Zach's cheek. "Is that good? I've never really... kissed anyone before."

(I'm on my phone and when I post I have to read everything I wrote twice because you know autocorrect but it sometimes slips through my eyes argh.)

(Same. I usually write on my kindle, and I don't double check, and things always get out of hand, lol.)
"And I've never been kissed before, so I'll take it. I haven't kissed anyone before either..." Zach says. Azrail looks up at him expectantly. Zach kisses Selene's forehead.
"And now we all live happily ever after!" Azrail says, dancing around you two.

She patted Azrail's head. "Let's not jinx it. We still have some monsters to fight."

"I'm afraid the kid already has jinxed you guys." A creature with the top half of a man and the bottom half of a snake sluggers forward, holding a spear in one hand. Azrail tries to hide behind you, but another snake man prods him back out from hiding with his own spear. You seem to be surrounded by werebeasts.
"What did we do to you?" Azrail squeaks.
"Your kind stuffed is inside the Labyrinth while letting the shapeshifters stay. Are any of you shapeshifters?" The leader of the werebeasts asks.
Azrail raises his hand, "I am. Shapeshifter red panda." The weresnake glares at him.
"Then you shall be my pet." The snake says, snapping his fingers. In a moment, Azrail was being held by two other werebeasts. One puts a collar on Azrail before handing the chain connected to the collar to the lead snake.
"Hey! You can't do that!" Zach says, taking a step forward threateningly. He was blocked by two werefoxes who held him at sword point.
"Can't I, though?" The snake asked coldly, patting Azrail's head not gently, but not exactly harshly either. Azrail was still looking up to you guys hopefully.

"I'm a shapeshifter too, and I propose for you to take me instead. Let Azrail go," her voice cracked while she talked "I love you, Zach. Take good care of yourself."
