"POWER!! DEATH!!" I scream. I can't control myself. Evil in me takes over. Shadows rise behind me. Monsters form from them. They rush in the shadows toward Shinna. Her light is strong, but my shadows are strong too. "LEAVE!!" I scream. I feel more power build up. Here goes. A shadow ball forms above me. Full of Evil. Not like me. But I am not me. It grows taking all the shadows around it. It erupts.
BOOM!!
The sound is deafening.

Shinna avoids the shadows and hits them with balls of light and they disperse.
She forms a shied over herself and see see. again ignoring the others. Kilana again blocked Ukay.

I know it is useless against Shinna. I shield Kaja and the other Ryori. I am just angry. So very angry. "RRAAWRRR!!" I roar. Explosions of shadows erupt around me. I keep going. Shadow monsters swirl around me, roaring with me.

"Shoot" said Artemis, finally out of her shock. "We need to leave Vulcan."
"No, it's okay. We need to see what happens here. This could be really important for our clan."
Artemis pouted "But she's gonna kill us."
"I've got fire. You've got shadows. Surely we can at least protect ourselves with that."

I feel like I will explode. Shadows burst around me. Slowly, no one but me notices, a shadow takes form slowly into a Ryori. The Ryori I hoped I left behind. "Metus!" I shout. No. Not him! No way. My arch-enemy.

Kaja screeched as the light hit her. A strange, green gloob fell from her mouth. She was scortched badly but was still alive, still standing.
The green blob looked around and let out a strange gurgle, like a child.
Kaja groaned.

"Master!" I gasp. Feeling even more anger, I scream at Shinna, "NOW LOOK WHAT YOUVE DONE!!" Ignoring Metus, I charge at Shinna. But I see Metus helping me?! He has the power of shadows and he can move stuff with his mind, too. I see him concentrating on a tree limb. It moves around and cracks down, right on Shinna.

The green blob let out a strange gurgle again as it then went up to Kaja's burnt front and smothered all the burnt bits. The blob stuff covered all the burns and nothing was visable where the burns should be.

Ukay looked at the ryroi who was scortched and maybe even dieing. He glanced nervously around and then stared worriedly at the ryori.

I stared at Metus. I don't believe it. I turn to Master. "Well, what do I do?"

Shinna was not there. only a light form of her. The branch busts into flames.
Kilana spat out blood at Ukay's feet.
