He bent over, holding his stomach while laughing

He moved to the edge of the river

She giggled. "You aren't that bad. For someone from Tanere."

Bell surfaced later, pushing her hair back so the wet strands wouldn't hit her face.

"H-hey! What is th-that supposed to mean?" He said, trying not to laugh

He took a step back

"I hear they're like evil or something."

"Scared of water?" Bell asked.

"Oh please. We're saints"

He shook his head. "Not really"

"Really?"

"Then what's wrong?" She tilted her head.

"No. It's a clan full of boys."

"Nothing. You just caught me unguarded"

"Riiiiight. You must be angels."

She raised an eyebrow, confused. "Sorry, I think? I don't know what scares guys," added said with a laugh.

"Yeah. But sometimes it depends on what kind."

He rolled his eyes

"Fair enough. Not everybody here is nice either."

She frowned, crossing her arms. "Hey! Don't roll your eyes at me. It's not my fault I grew up in a women only kingdom!"
