How much for a Solar Apple Blossom Staff? ^-^
Also how much do backgrounds cost in general? Do
they overcharge at the broker? Or is it accurate for the value?
I know I probably don't have enough for one since
I'm sort of a newbie, just curious.

You can have that staff for free as it's quite easy to obtain. ^^
Backgrounds generally are a bit more expensive as they're either forum game prizes or were available in a festival shop during one of the seasonal festivals. :) There is also the chance of getting them from retired avatar item boxes, but it's a bit rarer. :)

were easy to get, haha, I probably just haven't gotten
far enough in the quests. xD

No problem! Once you can get to the third area, there's bosses that will drop these kinds of avatar items! :)
Next festival is coming soon-ish, so you'll definitely have an opportunity. ^^
