Kyra: i sit there on my bed in the corner, the second furthest away from everyone, staring out the window, thinking about everything that happened and i think about Peter, oh how i missed him, a couple tears slide down my face i wipe them off quickly, bringing my knees up to my chest and wrap my arms around them, and think about the only thing i had left of Peter, the ankle bracelet he had made me, i look down and bring up my leg, it was gone, i get up quietly and walk down by the bed looking under each one, my heart beat started to quicken, i had lost the only thing i had left of him, my eyes burn, ready to let tears stream down me cheeks, i check frantically but silently under Tory's bed, then the empty ones, Theta's, Yasa/Kat/Benny's, quietly and walk over to the door, still none, i look around frantically, there was still one more place i hadnt been by and that was Leon's bed, i didnt want to go over there but i had to see, i silently walk over and look under the bed and see it, it must have gotten kicked over here, i reach and get it, putting it back on, never looking up, feeling of relief goes through me, i had found it, i triple tie it to my ankle to make sure it wont fall off again

I curl up on a bed away from the others, my back pressed against the wall, and my spear shrunk in my hand.

I look up. "I don't have a car, but I have some horses in the barn. And whiskey.. I'll get some," I go into the basement and grab a bottle, bringing it back up and handing it to the man who had broken his arm.

Tory: i still dream laying still on the bed, i hear the voices again, "wait who are you" i yell in my dream, but they dont answer me

Kyra: i have to untie it then retie my ankle bracelet again "there" i think to myself

Claradon: "Thanks." i take the bottle. "one small step for man, one giant leap for Claradon." i raise the bottle and take a swig. the liquid burn my throat but warm my stomach soothing my arm.




once everyone is asleep, morning comes in a matter of hours. a horn can be heard playing the military wake up call. the sound comes form the ground, through the window.

Kyra: i had just fallen asleep to be woken u by a horn "are you kidding me" i mumble under my breathe, sittingup my bed

Tory: still unable to wake up from being so weak, i lay there unable to do anything and fall back into a sleep, to weak to stay awake, blocking out the horn

Leon: i jump out of the bed and run to the window. "Who the hell is that....."

Kat: i join Leon. "looks to me like a survivor."

Yasa: i dont go to the window, but stay with Benny.

Theta: "well?"


i stand on the roof of my military truck. my banner flaps in the mid-morning breeze. i love the wording on it. it reads need a lift? i finish my little song, pop a few Zombies, and shout. "good morning! Did you sleep well?"


Leon: i open the window. "as well as you could sleep in a pit of cobras."

Kat: i wake to others up.

Kyra: i jump out of my bed and look out the window "five seconds of sleep, thats all i needed" i say sarcastically, but quietly, not very happy i had been woken up

Tory: i try to talk but all get out is air and a quiet grown, i give up, still to weak, and dont even try to move

Kat: i walk to the girl. i pull a needle from my pocket. "this will give you about 5 hours of nostop energy." i inject her with it.

"Good to hear! How many do you have up there?"

Leon: i do a quick count. "seven, one a child. Are you injured?"

"No. Names Bert by the way."

Leon: "nice to met you, Bert."
