She sighed and nodded,shoulders slumping because she felt like a little kid.Like as if,from the way Kate said it,she was a little kid pretending to be cool.To be strong,to be true. "I'll try." She said softly,hurt that Kate wouldn't let her protect her.

D nodded,forcing herself to hold back tears and to keep smiling for Kate...she didn't want to make her feel bad.And so she forced herself to look happy.For Kate.
