She nodded, exausted.

The baby chirped.

Sans glanced down at the bird and sighed. "so, time to adress the elephant in the room. what're we gonna do with this little fella?"

Sans slumped back against the tree, tugging his hood down. "look, kiddo, that sounds noble and all, but do i look like i'd know anything about birds? we have, i dunno, maybe a couple dozen of them underground, tops? and the only one i've seen regularly is the one that was practicing to carry everyone across the barrier."

*where else is he gonna go? He wont survive out here.*

The baby looked up at Sans sadly, chirping.

"i don't know, kid. i don't know. i'm not saying we should just leave him, but..." Sans huffed in slight frusteration. "unless we can somehow find a way to keep him fed and such i'm not sure."

Frisk looked at the bird carefully. *first thing we need to figure out is what kind of bird he is. I might know someone who can help with that.*

The baby bird chirped softly and closed it eyes, falling asleep.
