He laughed and then winced feeling pain in his side, "sorry cat but I seemed to be in a painful position but your flattering." He said trying to smile. Hazel got up at the sight of him in pain "You need to rest, I could use some of my magic to help get rid of the pain, it works better than Tylenol but it only last for a couple hours." She said worried for him. "Look at you trying to help me, cute." He says winking she frowns "on second thought maybe you can just deal with it." He laughs "no no! I'll take the offer, I would like to be able to sleep tonight." She rolls her eyes and uses her magic on him. "Until you get a bed you should probably sleep on the couch." She says but he just gives her a confused look. "You don't have one either, where will you sleep?" She smiles "not beside you thats for sure." She looks at the girls "either one of you have an extra bed i can use for the night?" She asks

"I have one in my room~" Lilly purrs out. She smiles at him nd winks @t Hazel

Asuriel nodded "you're welcome" she said to Hazel as she put away the medical supplies "I'm going to go finish putting you and Syd into the database, I wasn't able to finish before we got the call" She went and sat down at the computer, begining to work

Syd rolls his eyes at lilly still smiling "yeah whatever." Hazel gets up and walks towards lilly "You will have to show me were your room is, I will sleep there tonight and get my things tomorrow, I was going to do it today but the whole battle caught me off guard." She turns and looks at Asuriel before deciding to hug her. "Thanks a lot, you have been really helpful today and I will be honored to work with you." She pulls back and smiles she really just wanted to get along and she felt pretty lonely but she didn't know how to express how grateful she was to have Asuriel's help, she hoped she didn't make it awkward. "Hey! what about me, where's my hug, wont you be glad working with me?" Syd said pouting. "Syd, stop acting so intittled and just be quiet." She said looking at him. he frowned "fine, whatever you say princess." He layed back on the couch and closed his eyes. She sighed and walked behind lilly to her room.

"Anyone can use my room," Pennyweight said, adjusting the cloak around their neck and turning slightly away. "I don't really need the bed anyhow. I'm just fine on the floor or somewhere else altogether."

(I was away for a loooong time following the elections... Sorry stuff got so stressful in the threads :/
Also Pennyweight doesn't technically need to sleep, in case anyone forgot or didn't see:) )

Asuriel nodded, standing up "Mine's open to anyone who needs a spot to sleep as well" she said before turning to Syd and Hazel "You two are in the system now, so you can get into the tower on your own now" she informed them as went into the kitchen, "So, battle recap over dinner? I'll cook" she suggested

(Thats fine Piperlake. Politics are stressful this year. I understand)

"Dinner? Heck yeah!" Lilly hopped off the couch and did a little dance. "Also, Syd, my rooms not that hard to find. It's the one with cats in it." She pointed down the left hall then contunied her dance. "Whats for dinner?" She asked, looking over Asuriel's shoulder. "Please tell me it's not rice. I've had enough rice to last me a life time."

"Ladies, ladies please, no need to fight over me im single so it doesnt matter who's room im in at night, dont worry i will make it to both in time." Syd said smiling and winking at both of them. Hazel wanted to punch him in the face for some of the things he said, did he just have no self esstem to say something like that or to much of it. Regardless it wasnt her business to worry about that, she didnt want to take someones bed so she could sleep, so she just stuck with lillys room since there was an extra bed. Syd looked at that at them "It's fine though i stick with the one who doesnt have to sleep that way our leader can be ready for everything and not sleepy tommorow, i'd really hate to be the cause of such discomfort." He said "As for dinner im starving, what are we having?" He asked sitting up on the couch.

Pennyweight scoffed. "I am not a lady." They flicked out a dagger from concealment and twirled it around between their fingers for extra emphasis. "And you don't touch any of them. Though," they said with a sly smile in the darkness of their hood. "I guess I'll be more lenient given your choice." They flipped the dagger in the air in good fun and tucked it away again. "Who's turn is it to cook?"

"Asuriels. I cooked last time." Lilly stretched. "Unless you want to cook."
