Honeycomb
The next morning Honey remembered her promise. She promised never to leave Buck. Honey decided abandoning him till he was buried would be breaking that promise, so she began making her way back to the cave. She finally came to the border of the woods, and peaked into the cave mouth. It had taken her a while to get here because she had begun to be very tired. She had a hard time standing up. (How many days till she has puppies you think?)

Hugo stands. "I think I'm going hunting...at least that is what Buck would have done..." He sighs. He would never be as good as their leader...

Lily had stayed up all night, crying.

((Oh, I was wondering why someone died so soon))

For the past sunrises and sunsets, they did the same as they always did. Wake up, wander, hunt and sleep. There wasn't much else they could do unless they wished to pay those pesky humans a visit. And while they would on certain occasions, travelling to the eggshell coloured building in the center of the island was not on their agenda that day.

That day.... well, they've heard of new arrivals from the humans, and they were out searching for them.While the pair were loners, only ever enjoying the company of each other, they preferred to know where other dogs were, lest they wandered onto their territory.

"Silverwind, where do you think they could be?" A snort echoed through the forest moments later, followed by the ruffling of a pelt.

"How am I supposed to know? There's a reason we have noses and eyes you know." The two laughed at her response as they continued their search. It was slow, but they weren't in any rush. They had all of their lives to search for them, since no one ever left...

Honeycomb
Honey runs into the cave and lays by Lily. She joins her in her tears and lays her muzzle over Buck's furry neck. "Oh Lily..." Honey sobbed, "At least you will have pups to play with.." Honey cries more and more, "Buck was going to be their father.." Honey sniffs, she nuzzles her nose into Buck's coat. "I still have hope that he is with us.."

Granny huffs. "Ya'll're all stupid, that dog ain't dead!" She gets up and bits Bucks ear, he flinched. "I thought ya'll were a bit smarter than that."
