Seaweed lightly splashed her with water to agreed with Selkie.

Seaweed snorted and nailed Kaladin with water knocking him off his feet.
You deserved that for not telling him and you are his friend! Seaweed snorts but only Taika can understand him because she has her hand on his magic scales.

"I was just going to look around and not cause trouble alright." Selkie tries to sidestep her when Seaweed grabs him pulling Selkie back away from Kaladin. Seaweed growled at Kaladin.
