Cole text Amber, "She's CRYING????? Oh crud I'm such a jerk...I didn't mean to...'

He turned away, watching Kelsey out of the corner of his eyes. She was staring forward as she drove, completely expressionless. They reached Amber's house and she waved. "Amber, mind if I stay over? I think I need to talk to Jay. Is he here, or at his house?" Nobody knew Cole better than Jay- even if the brothers didn't want to admit it.

"He's here. Come on in."

"Thanks," she said, telling Sean to stay in the car. She followed Amber.

Amber led her to Jay. He looked up and said, "What's wrong?"

"It's been so long...," she started, then realized scolding him about not saying hi would't be a great start. "I need to talk to you. In private."

Jay asked, "It's that bad...?"

"Yes... Cole...he, um...," She swallowed. "He kissed me. Today- after nine frickin' years. And I don't know what to do. When I realized what was happening, I ran, and I was scared. Soli's gonna be so angry at me, and Amber probably doesn't know, if I tell Sean he'll attack Cole, and I can't talk to Sofie, Ryan, or Spring. You're the only person who I can come to..." she ranted, not looking at his face.
