Jason winced. "It's not my home,as I said before. I don't have a home. Come on,just give me a sec and we'll get going but you might have to ride someone." He said,then stepped to the side and looked around. "Come on out Snowball,I see your eyes." he said,staring at a large bushel of black plants. If you looked for a few minutes and knew what you where looking for you could see two bright blue eyes,slitted pupils. Soon a creamy white beast of ice came crashing up and out,landing with a loud thud in front of Jason. Large wings of icey blue undersides and scales of cream white. Eyes of a beautiful blue and snout long and sturdy. Spines lining her head like a small crown and horns spiking up and back from her head.Neck elegant and long,slender and running into her fragile and muscular body. But somehow none of it was able to out do or even come close to the elegance Jason had in him and his forms. Her head was only a little higher than Ash's height. "Sire, your not supposed to reveal the squadrons with strangers on border." She purred,the same dragon called Snowball back in that second SciCorp place. But here she was speaking dragon,just here you could understand the dragons who lived here. Anyone could.
Jason didn't flinch. "Snowball,don't call me that.And he's not a stranger.I assume you may recognize him unless your needed crystal lenses." he said and she looked Ash up and down before smiling brightly and nodding. "Oh yes." She said,then lowered to a bow,causing other cream dragons to burst up from in the valley and out from other bushes and behind the portal,all hovering with strong beats of their massive wings. They had their jaws open in case to shoot ice if needed, tail sides lined with deadly spikes to beat their enemies. Jason sighed. "Why...please,hold your ice." He said,then they snapped their jaws shut and a dragon larger than Snowball but looking fairly similar in main features coming up besides her. "Sire,please.You know protocol."
"Yes,Avalanche.Please,I don't wish to talk of this right now."
"We will.Sire,if not now then in the Severed Hall."
Jason sighed but nodded. "Fine,as long as Flasher actually shows."He then turned to Ash. Pointing to the two winter dragons. "Ash,this is Snowball and Avalanche. You may ride either of them you wish."
Snowball seemed to shrink a bit under the glare of Avalanche,the larger seeming an older brother to the younger female dragon.

Ash figured that Avalanche wasn't too fond of him. "Snowball, is it okay if I ride on your back?" He asked, even though Jason had already told him that he could

She seemed to brighten,blue eyes happy and wide. "Me? Thou wishes to ride me? Y-Yes,oh yes you may!" She said with a joyous nod,tail swishing happily. She carefully pranced over and seemed to be able to ignore her older brother glaring as she came over and gently lowered herself for him,wings folded and bent down so he could easily get up.
Jason smiled faintly,watching them. He seemed to think it nice that Ash had asked Snowball,not a lot of the other ice dragons where to fond of the little runt and so this was something truly kind to her.
Avalanche spread his wings and thrust into the air,hovering a good amount above them. "We will enter the main entrance,your majesty. The westward is being scouted by rouges and hence the different approach." He said,snout serious and calm.
Jason sighed,not about to fight about his royal title at the moment. "They're still sniffing about? We'll have to get some Camo's out there." he said,shaking his head as he spread his own wings. His elegance,though in pain and weak,was still more than a match to the majesty in normal dragons. It was strange,something that was only in him so far.

Ash climbed on. "Thank you," he thanked the dragon, smiling to himself as he held on

She smiled brightly before putting on a mask of calmness and seriousness as her brother had. She carefully stood and spread her wings carefully,pushing up and lifting gently as Jason did as well. The dragon prince flicked a hand and flashed a few words and Avalanche nodded,warbled something to the ice dragons and half of them spun and ducked off toward the mountain ahead of them,sweeping in a triangular squadron over the land to scout ahead.Mostly because Jason really didn't like the large company. He spun once and glided on his back below Snowball as Avalanche flew above and they began gliding toward the mountain,the castle of the dragons. "Not to far,just hold to around her neck a bit and you'll be fine." He said up to Ash as they flew,his wings wavering now and then only due to his weariness. Avalanche flew like a scary guard above his little sister,eyes soft ice blue but dead serious as if saying 'one wrong move and my talons will find a way into you.'. The left over part of the squadron circled them against Jason's grumbling that he didn't much like being watched over all the time. But the thing was,it wasn't because they cared. It was because they had to,he was one of the last prince's and it was law.

Ash noticed Avalanche's look. He did as Jason had told him to do; he held onto her neck, but not too tight.

Soon Jason no longer flew belly up and glided carefully,soon they swerved to the side and up slightly in since and landed neatly on the entry ledge of the mountain,walking a bit and revealing a large arch way carved by talons into the mountain. It was framed with what seemed to be metal but yet again wasn't,only hollowed out crystal filled in with multi-wing tears,liquide silver.The thing was,the silver from dragons wasn't real metal,something much more pure.

"You may get off if you wish,sire." She said to Ash,knowing the last time in that SciCorp place that the seventh squadron had recognized his royal role. Jason was leaning a bit on the velvet colored stone wall besides them,breathing a little heavily but none of the dragons around them seemed to care,rather Avalanche said "Your majesty,please don't die.If you do I shall have a ShockTail of a time trying to explain it to their majesties Flasher and Silver Skytracer.Please.",tone calm and stone dead. Jason laughed softly. "Sure,I'll think about it." He joked,but spat some blood to the ground before standing again and folding his wings firmly to his back again.

"You don't have to call me that. Just call me Ash. Besides, I'm not...a prince anymore." He looked at Jason, feeling extremely sorry for the dragon. He was fatally wounded, and there was nothing he could do about it.

"Oh,Okay.As you wish,I'm sorry s-I mean Ash." She said,gently lowering to the ground for him.
Jason didn't catch the look,rather was sniffing softly as if looking for some scent. "You didn't say anything." He said softly to Avalanche,the massive dragon shaking his head. "I didn't need to,I knew you'd figure it out sire. We've been trying to make it through but sadly we've had it hard. Rouges attacking and those strange shadow things lashing out like crazy." He said and Jason spat more blood to the ground without any noticeable worry from the others. "Well,then just let me to court,I'll help." He said but Avalanche just shook his head and turned away. He hissed something to his squadron and they all thrust up and dove backwards off the ledge as one,flying as one to go guard the portal again. Snowball stayed though.

Ash smiled at Snowball. "Thank you." He turned to Jason. "You promised. You have to go to the healer first."
