Jason gently parted his mouth from Puck and sighed softly, his eyes closed. "I didn't have anyone when I hatched, and no one cared that I had even been gone when I got back,no one cared other than my father and he died because I couldn't stop my brother. He died loving me, he died because of me. I can't do that to someone again,I can't." His voice was soft and pained.

Puck sighed and turned away. "It's okay," he muttered. "See you later, I guess."

It hurt as Puck turned away and he sighed softly again. He then gently lit his markings and made a circular motion with two fingers in the air and formed a few ice shards that swirled around to form a small sphere, then he let flames flicker around and flow in like light then turned Puck around a bit and put it into his hands. "Pinch the bottom part of the stem, then it won't die. Trust me." He said softly, then turned to go through the "exit" Ash had.

Puck stared at the objects that Jason had given him, not being able to watch him go.

As Jason stumbled through the trod and onto the sidewalk, the rain hit him like a hammer, cold, wet and comfortingly unpleasant. Like normal rain. Lightning flickered overhead; regular, white lightning that didn't respond to the whims of a faery king's mood. His time in Faery was over. No more faery glamour, faery food or faery tricks. He was done. With one exception, of course.

Jason had given Puck a Flamekissed Lily, the same type of flower he'd made for him in that elevator back in SciCorp. All he needed to do was open it and he'd have the flower, pinch the step at the bottom and he'd have it forever. A dragon flower.A dragon Flamekissed Lily.

Jason sighed as he shook himself out a bit,the rain causing him to realize what he'd just done and that he probably shouldn't have done it. He pulled his wings over his head and blocked some of the rain, but it didn't do much good for himself. He looked around a bit, looking for Ash. But assumed he'd probably already gotten out of the rain and with that Jason began moving toward a close by tree, hoping to hide under it till morning. If he'd make it till morning, and if so he'd find a semi-main portal to the dragon realm and get his body fixed up with Foreskel.

The empty road mocked Jason. Didn't Ash think that Jason come after him? Was he already gone, fading into the rain without a backward glance, believing himself alone in the world?

He kept looking around and let out a soft, hopeful dragonic gurgle. Maybe, just maybe Ash had waited...maybe...if he actually felt for him....no,most likely not. Jason shook it from his head but still gave another soft hopeful dragon sound.

"You'll wake everyone up if you get any louder." He stood where the portal had been, hands in his pockets, the rain drumming his shoulders and making his hair run into his eyes. The lamplight fell around him, shining off his slick coat, surrounding him with a faint nimbus of light. "You came after me," he murmured, sounding awed, incredulous, and relieved at the same time.

Jason spun around and saw him, pain in his eyes and sorrow as strong as the day he'd hatched all alone in the middle of the night. He nodded and came over, wings spreading and coming above Ash,blocking the rain and keeping him dry despite that it sorta ran down and pelted at Jason instead. "I know what it's like to be all alone, and to be in a place you don't know. I couldn't stand by and just let someone go through something so similar to what i hatched into because of me...so of course I came after you." He said softly, head lowered a bit and eyes down. The rain doused him and washed the blood from his open wounds all over, revealing he was practically bleeding from everywhere, and not like a paper cut.Like someone had taken a knife and raggedly sketched on him like a Kindergartener on a piece of paper.

Ash stepped forward and hugged him, pulling Jason close with desperate relief. "You look awful," he muttered. "I can patch up the bleeding, if you would like. I mean, I would, but unfortunately, I don't have any gauze here with me."
