She shrugs. "I'd need some type of pot or cup, and a fire. it'd take up to much time anyway." She goes and begins applying the rub to Max's temples, wrists, the hollow of his throat, his chest, and his upper lip. "There, now whenever you breathe, thanks to the bit on your lip, you'll get a whiff of the rub. and every time your heart begins beating faster, it'll cause it to become stronger from the other areas. So you'll calm down."
