Mury smiled. "Who's distracted now?" She teased him holding out a hand mixer. "Here mix this together, I'll get the stove heated up." She said tippy toeing to kiss him quickly.

Gram had her head tilted down but her eyes kept glancing at the two. She smiled broadly.

Aiden started mixing it together.

Mury couldn't help but smile all the time as she tried to keep from laughing. She took ot a couple of pans from some cabinets.

Gram chuckled and looked up at Mury. "Six letters, 'to hold close'." She asked her smiling. Mury thought for a little bit "Cuddle?" She suggested to her coming up behind Aiden wrapping one arm around him.

Aiden jumped at her sudden touch, and continued stirring he stayed quiet...

Mury chuckled. "Come on and calm down. It's not like she's dad." She said leaning her head on his shoulder.

Gram smiled and looked up. "Aiden. You get this one, eight letters 'something everyone wants to hear'." She said holding her pencil over her paper.

Aiden ignored the question,

Mury looked at him tilting her head. "What's wrong Aiden?" She asked taking the mixxer from him bringing the badder over to next to the stove with the pans. She had floor on her jeans and quick a bit on her shirt.

Gram sighs and moves onto the next question ignoring them.

Aiden cleared his throat, "Hey where is Nicky and Jackson." He asked Mury.

Mury looked over at Gram. "Which rooms are they in?" She asked not smiling anymore. As she poured badder onto the pans.

Gram looked up. "Jackson's in Greg's room and Nicky's in the guest room next to your." She said frowning at Aiden. "I'll just go see who's up now." She said leaving her newspaper on the table.


Grag woke up on the top bunk in his room and looked over down at the bottom. "Hey Jackson. It snowed last night! Do you know what that means?" He asked the younger boy.

"Okay that wasn't helping..." Aiden sighed,

Jackson stared at Greg and shook his head not knowing what it meant.
