"Not entirely." He said,then,so hoping the two wouldn't freak out,carefully and quickly swooped them into his wings easily and lashed his tail out at a sections of Thornguards,knocking some away and then bashed his body through the rest despite getting stabbed at and scratched badly and stamped through. He dashed toward where he'd seen the gorgeous and scary creature,bounding carefully but quickly in long strong strides. He ignored how his head was hazy at the edges,losing his consciousness slowly.Very slowly,and yet he still pushed,running quickly and smoothly,body like water as he carefully rushed forward.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Puck called. The creature had vanished, nowhere to be seen.

"I'm not sure about a lot of things,example." He said,then quickly leaped up and shot a shot of flame backwards and it scorched away any persutes. Once he hit the ground he easily spun back around and continued. "Grim spoke of a friend,yes? Well I think they sorta...*Slightly bloody cough* Uhg,they sorta spoke to me in my head.It was s-scary.But there." he said,bounding up the slope,talons digging at the earth just to keep going because he wasn't sure how much longer he could hold up.

Ash struggled against being held. "You're killing yourself," he muttered. "How do you know it wasn't a hallucination?"

"Because I've hallucinated before.This wasn't like that,I know it." He said,shaking his head despite how he could feel drainage from somewhere in him,he just couldn't locate it at the moment. He made it to the top and looked around,wing holding Ash carefully but firmly,not about to let him out. "And I've nearly killed myself before,I'll be fine." He said,gritting his teeth to hold in another sputtering cough but blood,dark rich dragon blood,dripped from his jaws as if pooling.And it was.A bit at least,he wouldn't die fast,but he was still dying.Slowly and painfully.

"Put me down," Ash pleaded, still struggling. "I have a request for you."

Jason was breathing heavily and stayed put on the top of the slope and lowered to the ground a bit and opened his wing and let Ash down,but he couldn't push himself back up and so ended up stuck laying on his underbelly,trying to breath and blood dripping down to under him. He offered to let Puck out as well,not sure if he'd have to carry them again and if so for how long,and so wanted them to stretch their legs just in case in this point. With hazy,barely seeing,purple eyes ,no longer glassy, looked to Ash.

Puck stretched.

Ash held out the scepter. "Get it to Mab. I'll hold them off until you can get across the field." Ash stared at Jason, his expression torn.

Jason sighed,shaking that elegant head with broken horns and a bloodied snout. He was tired and loosing it slowly. "I can't ask anyone to risk themselves for me ever again,please. As much as I don't much care for you,I don't often like to see my enemies bloodied by anyone but me. Besides,I shouldn't dare touch it. Your the ice prince,this is your guys realm. I'm only here to help you guys do what you have to." he said,then shut his eyes tight as his jaws gaped slightly and blood,dark natural smelling blood,seemed to flow out. It wasn't a long stream but it was thick. He coughed once then pushed to a stand,wiping away what was left on his snout of the blood with a forearm not even that much less bloody.

Ash's jaw clenched. "Do it. For me. Please. Even if it's to show me how much you hate me." He placed a cold hand on his snout. "Please."
