Kurt smiled standing up kissing her forehead. He looked at the tv and decided to play whatever Tim and June had been watching, he knew for a fact that June picked it this time and it would, at worse, be a cheesy romance. He played it going into the kitchen with his cell phone.

Katherine watched the movie play out on the screen. Laying back down with her head on the pillow on her unhurt cheek. Smiling about how he had kissed her forehead as she held the peas on her other cheek. She hadn't watched this movie before. Smiling as she watched it. Wondering what it was about, soon finding out as she watched. Glancing at the kitchen to see if she could figure out who he was talking to. Going back to watching the movie after a moment.

Kurt sighed staring at his phone for a while before dialing it. He held it to his ear listening to it ring. He hadn't talked to anyone since... Sarah. "Hello?" He heard on the other end. Kurt sighed his back to the couch. "Hi dad..." He said not knowing how to start. "Kurt? How have you been? It's been a long time." He heard chuckling a little. "Yeah... sorry about that... Well, I'm okay, but I need some advice about something." He said not wanting to say exactly anything about Katherine and him. "Shoot." "Well, I have a friend who's been getting sexually harassed at work and I was wondering if you knew any good lawyers for that in New York." He said listening as his father spoke.

Katherine heard Kurt talking but couldn't understand what he was saying. Wondering what he was talking about as she watched the movie. Giggling a bit when the little boy was making a grossed out face, asking if it was a love story. Smiling as she watching it.

Kurt nodded to himself writing down the number his dad gave him. "When are you coming for a visit?" His dad asked him. Kurt sighed thinking. "I don't know dad... I might come for Thanksgiving..." He said trying to think as he listened to his dad tell him about what was going on there. "I should probably go. I want to call that guy before tomorrow." "Okay... Love you son." His dad said to him. "Love you too dad." He said back hanging up rubbing his eyes.

Katherine smiled, realizing Kurt had gotten off the phone. Peeking over the coach to look at him before laying back down. Wanting him to come back over there to lay with her. Missing his gentle touch and the warmth of his skin. Relaxing into the coach as she watched the movie. Smiling at how cute the princess and farm boy were. Hearing the words 'as you wish' made her think of Kurt. She should her head. He couldn't have meant that as he loved her, could it? she though to herself.

Kurt swallowed calming himself down from talking to his dad. It just hurt thinking about where he was from. Anything about what he was before reminded him of her. He glanced over at the couch smiling a little when he saw the top of Katherine's head. He turned around calling the lawyer to make an appointment. One way or another that guy was going to pay for hurting Katherine.

Katherine sighed when she couldn't stop thinking about the 'as you wish'. Glancing over the coach again when Kurt got on the phone once more. Wondering when he would come back over here. Wanting him to. Sighing again quietly as she went back to watching the movie, playing with her bracelet nervously as she thought about those words more.

Kurt finished up talking on the phone hanging up before walking over to the back of the couch leaning over it to look at Katherine before looking at the movie. "This is a good one. I haven't seen it in a long time though." he said smiling down at her.

Katherine rolled over onto her back smiling up at him. "is my handsome nerd going to come watch the movie with me or do I have to get him myself..." she teased quietly. A blush on her face as she kept looking up at him. Wanting him to come lay with her. Wanting to be in those arms where she felt safe.
