He hopped off the couch to distance himself from her, curling up in a wooden chair across the room. A flicker of electricity ran down his back with his elevated stress levels.

She shot up at his words, wondering if she heard him right. Admittedly, it was a touch hard to take him seriously since he was a rodent, but nevertheless, his words hit like a truck. It was confusing, a bit flattering, but most of all, it hurt.
She had had feelings for him as well. She hadn't known what kind of feelings, but they were still present.
"Was in love? Well...I-I am glad you have sorted that out." She didn't want to look weak. Zeth wanted to prove he had no power over her, that she was her own person, unaffected by what others say or think. That's how she had always lived after all.
"I um...I am going f-for a walk. somewhere." She had stammered a bit, not sure how to handle the situation. She always tried to distance herself from her feelings, so this was new, and it cut deep. As mean as she was to him, he meant a lot to her, more than she was willing to admit...

Hexic had slept in his room, but it was hard to fall asleep last night. He finally woke up after a few hours of sleep, and walked out of his room. Then regretted it because of all the commotion. He woke up, and has to deal with this? Sigh.

(Okay, we all gotta agree on one single ship name for this. P3, I like yours but I can never remember it. Help meh!)

(I am going with ZethZian, unless you can convince me to roll with Zias or Scethrin, but again, the second and third would take some convincing.)

(I like ZethZian, I just can't remember it. I guess I will have to find a way to remember it, because I think that should be the ship name.)

(Repeat it to yourself quietly, and there's a trick you can use to remember names that might work here where you write it on your hand three times. Personally, I remember everything someone writes or tells me if I'm paying attention and not focusing on something else. You know how focused I can get Z.)

(And I am a lazy choild with a short attention span. How did we become friends again?)
