Joe glanced up upon hearing Komodo come in. "Hm? Wha's in the box...?" He asked drowsily.

Komodo opens the box to reveal eggs and two hatched komono dragons, "My children. I'm looking for Miss Sakura."


Mama Winter looks bored at that point, "Common sense."

Strike clacked his bill. "Then nothing of interest was noted over the course of my arial observations miss." He replied, trying not to sound as bored as she was.

Joe waved over to the steps. "Office."

"Can I convince you to babysit for those minutes that I'm in there," Komodo hooks the lamp to the inside of the box, "If yes then don't let them out and use these if you must handle them." Komodo hands Joe a pair of falconing gloves.


"Falconi should be up and at 'em in about a day or so," Mama Winter replies, "until then do as you please just don't let yourself be seen."

"A'right, can do." Strike responded, turing to leave.

Joe frowned. "Can you convince me? Sure. Is that a good idea considering my espresso kick wore off and the coffee machine is broken? Probably not."

Komodo hands him a cup of triple espresso, "I had a feeling it would. Drink this."


"Be careful and don't underestimate the Snow Beast.''

"Will and won't," Strike replied before making his exit.

Joe twitched an ear. "Thanks, I gotchya covered." The raccoon replied.

Mama Winter went back to her work.


"Moki, Sakura behave for Joe," Komodo carefully hands Joe the box, "Do not take them out of the box or away from heat sources for any reason."
He walks toward Miss Sakura's office, "Also isn't Kini suppose to be taking it easy?"

"I tried to tell him," Joe shrugged, setting the box on the desk space beside him and taking a sip of coffee. "But that leopard's as stubborn as a mule."

"No kidding," Komodo knocks on Miss Sakura's office door.
